The Redcliffs Library prides itself on having a wide range of books available to their community. Books are purchased on an almost monthly basis and our book-buying team works hard to ensure the types of books purchased cover all genres.
We have approximately 6,500 books in our Fiction collection including about 350 Large Print titles and about 250 that are also classified as appropriate for some of our Younger Adult readers. Our Non-Fiction books range of over 1,000 books looks to cover areas of local interest, a wide range of biographies and other books the book buying team have identified as appealing to our community.
Searching for books is easy - simply put in a title or author. Remember too that you are welcome to reserve books by filling in the reserves form found in the search area and our new book list is updated as these books arrive.

The Library is often complemented on the quality and quantity of books we hold for children of all ages. We have a great selection of Board books for the very young, an outstanding collection of picture books and a large number of books suitable for older children and indeed young adults. Children’s books are free to borrow.
As well as books the children’s area contains some great toys to play with; places for children to read, or be read too and an activity table.
We welcome parents and children to join those who already make excellent use of this area - we don’t require silence.

Our librarians have a great knowledge on books so ask them for recommendations on books that might work for you.
